Room size and rugs

Rooms run from 78 sq ft (Beacon Station Apartments) up to 740 sq ft (University Village). At the small end a 4×6 rug is the largest that leaves walking room — measure before ordering anything bigger.

Bed and bedding

Extra-long twin in most halls โ€” Oak Hall, Beacon Station, The Row and University Village all publish Twin XL. Exception: Elm Hall splits by resident type. Bring your own โ€” but only in the hall that needs one. Augusta permits a compact refrigerator at a maximum 3.4 cubic feet total capacity, Energy Star rated and plugged directly into the wall, one per bedroom, and a microwave at a maximum of 1,000 watts, one per room.
