Where students live
Little Italy (walkable, dense small-landlord rentals) and Cleveland Heights — especially the Coventry and Cedar-Fairmount districts — plus the University Circle high-rises.
Mostly conventional rentals: University Circle apartment buildings, Little Italy walk-ups and duplexes, and Cleveland Heights houses. Furnished units are the exception and cost more. CWRU's own real estate office also rents apartments and houses to students.
