Before you buy anything: what is actually true at Quinnipiac University

Room size and rugs
Rooms run from 83 sq ft (Westview) up to 324 sq ft (The Commons). At the small end a 4×6 rug is the largest that leaves walking room — measure before ordering anything bigger.
Bed and bedding
Twin XL, genuinely uniform across all four building types — verified in The Village, The Complex, Eastview and Whitney Village. The mattress is 36" wide by 80" long by only 6" deep, so skip deep-pocket sheet sets, which will sit loose. Measure before buying bedding — this campus is not a standard 38×80.
Fridge and microwave
Bring your own or rent a MicroFridge — QU supplies nothing in the traditional halls. The cap is 3.6 cubic feet, and no microwave wattage cap is published. Skip the purchase entirely in the kitchen-equipped buildings: The Hill, The Complex, Crescent, Townhouses, Westview, Eastview and Whitney Village Anything over 3.6 cu ft will be sent home.
Already in your room
Do not pack duplicates of these: A bed, dresser or wardrobe, desk and chair. Housing includes Wi-Fi, live-in professional staff, 24-hour maintenance and free laundry. Air conditioning is confirmed in Whitney Village and Eastview but is not published for The Village or The Complex, so it is not campus-wide. Kitch
