Room size and rugs
Rooms run from 63 sq ft (Lakeside Village) up to 182 sq ft (Eaton Residential College). At the small end a 4×6 rug is the largest that leaves walking room — measure before ordering anything bigger.
Bed and bedding
Not uniform — Miami tells students to check bed sizes by residential area. Eaton and Centennial Village (Biscayne, Coral, Grove, Ibis, Vista) are Twin XL. University Village is FULL in all unit types. Lakeside Village is mixed within one complex: Twin XL in doubles and most singles, but studios are

Bring your own — the rental program is gone. Miami ended its BedLoft partnership including the MicroFridge program.
