Where students live
Southside (5th–9th Ave S) directly east of campus is the signature neighborhood, with townhome pockets in SE St. Cloud.
A per-unit budget market run by local landlords — whole 3BR units often cost less than a single bed at a Sun Belt student tower. Many landlords publish little online; calling is normal here.
