Villanova University Off-Campus Housing Guide (2026)

Villanova guarantees three years of on-campus housing, so moving off campus is mostly a senior-year move — only about a third of seniors win a fourth year in the housing lottery.

Where students live

Bryn Mawr, Rosemont, and the Wayne/St. Davids stretch of the Main Line, all reachable on the SEPTA regional rail stops at Rosemont, Bryn Mawr, Wayne, and Ardmore.

There is no purpose-built student housing here — seniors rent ordinary Main Line apartments (unfurnished, 12-month leases) or split houses in Radnor and Lower Merion Townships.
