Welcome to Elevate My Dorm, a digital property owned and operated by Pineapple Media LLC. By accessing our website and using our 3D design tools, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
01Nature of the Service
Elevate My Dorm provides a 3D visualization platform for interior planning. All 3D renders, floor plans, and color representations are approximations. Users are strictly advised to verify actual furniture and room dimensions with manufacturers and university housing authorities before making any financial commitments or purchases.
02User Accounts & Subscriptions
- Free Tier: Users may save one (1) room design at no cost.
- Unlimited Creator: For $2.99/month, users receive unlimited saved designs. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time.
- Roommate Sync: A one-time $4.99 fee allows collaborative access to a specific room design.
- Payments: All transactions are processed securely via Square. Pineapple Media LLC does not store full credit card information.
03Affiliate & Third-Party Links
We participate in affiliate marketing programs. This means we may earn a commission on products purchased through links to partners such as Amazon, Target, Wayfair, and IKEA. We are not responsible for the fulfillment, shipping, or quality of products purchased from these third-party retailers.
04Intellectual Property
The "Elevate Bloom" logo, the custom 3D assets, and the "Elevate My Dorm" name are the exclusive property of Pineapple Media LLC. Users are granted a limited license to use the tool for personal, non-commercial dorm planning.
05Limitation of Liability
Pineapple Media LLC shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies in dimensions, furniture fitment issues, or financial losses resulting from the use of this tool. The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
